Nappia, joka Nato-maiden sotilaslentokoneissa on, mutta useimmista venäläisistä puuttuu. Keskustelun painopistettä muuttamalla Venäjä on hämärtänyt kuvaa Itämeren turvallisuustilanteen heikentymisen syistä.
