Aaltola of the FIIA: Did the brothers act alone in Boston?

Speaking on Yle News on 19 April, Institute Programme Director Mika Aaltola believed that the Chechen background of the Boston bombing suspects Tsarnaev brothers gives a reason to link the events in Boston to post-9/11 terrorism.
