Antto Vihma on A-studio

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Antto Vihma commented on the nuclear power plant project of Fennovoima and Rosatom on Yle’s A-studio on September 17th. According to him, Russia uses energy as an extension to its foreign policy in many ways, for example by pricing energy differently to different parties and by using surprising maintenance breaks.
