Arkady Moshes commented on the EU-Russia relations

Programme Director at the Institute Arkady Moshes commented on the EU-Russia relations in Postmees on October 30th. He said that Europe should stay firm, regarding the sanctions, and that the only possibility to not to look weak is to be strong. He was interviewed in Venemaa 2020 -conference in Tallinn.
