Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Mikael Wigell commented on the position of the Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff after the Brazilian football team’s defeat in the World Cup semi-final. According to Wigell, the defeat does not do good for Rousseff’s prospects in the October election, but she is still the favourite to win re-election, Wigell said.
