Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Charly Salonius-Pasternak commented on Barack Obama’s visit to Estonia and Ukraine’s ceasefire proposal on MTV news on September 3rd. According to him, the ceasefire agreement can be a sham used to provide more time for Russia to achieve its next goals.
