A recent publication concerning Japan, FIIA Briefing Paper 148, by Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Bart Gaens was noticed by Verkkouutiset on February 3rd. In the publication, Gaens stated that Japan’s premier Shinzō Abe has implemented significant reforms in the country’s security and defence policy.
