Collected speeches of Alyson Bailes in a book

On the occasion of her 60th birthday, on 3 April the Institute of International Affairs of the University of Iceland has published a collection of the speeches and writings of  Professor Alyson Bailes, chairman of the scientific advisory council of the Finnish Institute of International Affairs, and her colleagues. The contents reflect and comment on developments in international security in the period 2005–2008.
