Teija Tiilikainen, Director of the Institute, commented on the Finnish President’s standing in the foreign policy in Suomen Kuvalehti 9/2015. She said that as the foreign policy in Finland is getting to it’s roots, Russia and the neighbouring areas being in the focus, citizens are turning to the President.
