Donbass to get 'very limited self-rule'

Programme Director at the Institute Arkady Moshes commented on Deutsche Welle on September 16th on the Ukrainian parliament’s decision to grant the Donbass area in Eastern Ukraine a limited self-rule. According to Moshes, the limited self-rule is absolutely not going to be enough for the pro-Russian separatists.
