EPA agreements in gridlock

Institute Researcher Marikki Stocchetti gave her comments on the reluctance of African countries to sign Economic Partnership Agreements (EPA), a condition set by the European Commission for accessing the toll-free European markets, in the Maailma.net online publication on 19 March.
