Expert: China and the US give boost to the climate negotiations

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Antto Vihma commented on the climate promises by the US and China in Länsi-Suomi on November 12th. According to him, negotiations between the US and China are the best thing the multilateral climate process could have hoped for.
