Expert: Russia's unpredictability gives it control of the Ukraine crisis

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Katri Pynnöniemi commented on Russia’s actions in the Ukraine crisis on September 16th on MTV. Speaking at the University of Helsinki, Pynnöniemi said that Russia deliberately leaves different doors open and can therefore control the crisis in a different way compared to an actor such as the EU.
