Programme Director at the Institute Mika Aaltola commented on terrorism on Yle aamu-tv on July 7th. According to him, the terror threat level has remained the same, and the new security measures are there merely to prevent new means of attacking. Al-Qaeda is more of an ideological movement than an organisation these days, Aaltola said.
