Finland Deepens Nuclear Ties With Russia
The Moscow Times
Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Antto Vihma commented in an article published by The Moscow Times on December 7th on the Finnish parliament’s decision to approve the plans for the Fennovoima nuclear power plant. According to Vihma, the project carries a foreign policy risk and under current circumstances it should have been put on ice. Instead of accommodating Russia’s new aggressive foreign policy line, Finland is taking yet another step to deepen relations with Russia, Vihma said.
