'Finland has symptoms of propaganda warfare'

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Charly Salonius-Pasternak commented on information warfare in an interview with Svenska Yle on September 24th. According to him, the fact that propaganda and information operations exist is nothing new. What is new is that the action takes place in social media in ways that wouldn’t be possible in traditional media, he said.
