Grime estimate from a Researcher: Ukraine follows the dictatorship of it's neighbor country

Programme Director at The Institute, Arkady Moshes, commented in an interview by Verkkouutiset on 20th of January the situation in Ukraine after the country had passed laws on 19th of January, which make participating a demonstration punishable.
