Juha Jokela chosen as the new Director for the EU research programme of FIIA

The Finnish Institute of International Affairs has appointed Ph.D. Juha Jokela as a programme director of The European Union research programme until the end of 2010. He is currently a senior visiting research fellow at the European Union Institute for Security Studies in Paris.
