Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Kristi Raik commented on the situation in Ukraine and the Minsk talks in Yle news on August 26th. According to her, the escalation of fighting in Eastern Ukraine and the fact that Russia is waging a war against Ukraine more and more openly makes finding a solution even harder than before.
