Programme Director at the Institute Arkady Moshes commented on Ukraine’s situation on Yle Radio Suomi’s Maailmanpolitiikan arkipäivää programme on September 11th. According to him, all parties had their reasons to accept the peace plan, but no one has accomplished their goals and it is thus clear that instability in Ukraine will continue.
