NATO-Russia: Adversaries or Squabbling Partners

Programme Director at the Institute Arkady Moshes commented on Nato and Russia’s relationship in RIA Novosti’s Voice of Russia radio channel’s Red Line programme. According to him, the Russian military will take counter steps against Nato and in that sense, there is a military and political escalation going on in the Russian-Western relations.
