New economic underclass explains the success of the eurosceptic parties

Kansan Uutiset cited its article published on June 27th Visiting Researcher Sanna Salo’s Briefing Paper, which studied the reasons for the success of the eurosceptic parties in the European elections. According to Salo, the success should not be considered merely as populism, but as a legitimate articulation of concerns of the new economic underclass that globalization has created.
