Programme Director Arkady Moshes on A-studio

Programme Director at the Institute Arkady Moshes commented on Yle’s A-studio on February 15th on the situation in Eastern Ukraine. Moshes predicted that Eastern Ukraine as well as the Crimea will stay as a part of Ukraine in line with their own benefit.
