Researcher: A short thinking break concerning the sanctions

Director of the Institute Teija Tiilikainen commented on the EU’s foreign minister meeting on Ukraine in Ilta-Sanomat on April 15th. According to Tiilikainen, broad sanctions are difficult for the EU because different member states have different interests. She pointed out that the resolution of the foreign minister meeting said that if Russia takes even one step further, there will be economic sanctions.
