Researcher: A state of war between Russia and Ukraine

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Sinikukka Saari commented on the situation in Ukraine on Yle aamu-tv on August 30th. According to her, there is practically a state of war between Russia and Ukraine when there are more than a thousand Russian soldiers in Eastern Ukraine according to various estimations.
