Researcher: Finland cannot stop cross-bordes cooperation cuts by itself

Director of the Institute Teija Tiilikainen commented in Ilkka on July 16th on the possible cuts to the EU’s cross-border cooperation. According to her, the cuts will be decided upon with a qualified majority should the issue come to a vote, and in that case Finland could not stop the cuts by itself.
