Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Kristi Raik commented on Yle aamu-tv on April 14th on the situation in Ukraine as the government was about to start an anti-terror operation in the Eastern parts of the country. According to Raik, Russia’s objective is to simply tie Ukraine to Russia’s sphere of influence.
