Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Kristi Raik considered Russia’s military action in the Crimea to be very alarming in an interview with HSTV on March 3rd. Raik’s biggest concern is that the conflict will not restrict to the Crimea, but expands to the Eastern parts of Ukraine and possibly elsewhere.
