Programme Director at the Institute Mika Aaltola commented on Sweden’s parliamentary report on the country’s defence policy in Ilta-Sanomat on May 15th. According to Aaltola, Sweden plans its defence more collectively than Finland, which still emphasizes the importance of independent defence.
