Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Kristi Raik commented on the situation in Ukraine in Ilta-Sanomat on May 4th. According to Raik, the Ukrainian separatists are a mixed bunch that doesn’t have consistent goals. Raik also considered it likely that the Ukrainian intelligence service is infiltrated by Russian spies.
