Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Kristi Raik discussed resolving international conflicts in Yle aamu-tv on July 29th. According to her, the change in the nature of warfare and the asymmetry of conflicts for example in Ukraine makes protecting civilians and resolving conflicts through negotiations even more difficult.
