Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Charly Salonius-Pasternak commented on the Russia–Nato relations in Ilta-Sanomat on October 31st. Salonius-Pasternak said that he fears the most that someone would uncontrollably cross such a border where a reaction has been decided upon in advance by Nato.
