Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Kristi Raik told Yle aamu-tv on March 1st that the most important thing in the flammable situation in the Crimea is that Ukraine will not be provoked. Raik did not consider it likely that the situation would escalate into a civil war in Ukraine.
