Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Charly Salonius-Pasternak commented on the British decision to send military advisers to Ukraine in Helsingin Sanomat on February 24th. He says that the decision has great symbolic value, and that Russia will surely make good use of it in it’s own propaganda.
