Finland abstained from vote on EU refugee deal because of the mandatory resettlement programme. Institute’s Director Teija Tiilikainen said that abstaining from voting was not stylish but followed logically the Finnish policy. She commented the issue to the Finnish News Agency STT on September 23rd.
