Programme Director at the Institute Juha Jokela commented on the relationship between the EU and Russia on Yle Radio Suomi’s Ajantasa on July 1st. According to him, the EU is expected to extend its measures against Russia, but the Union also wishes to avoid open conflict in the relationship.
