The Director of the Institute Teija Tiilikainen and Senior Research Fellow Kristi Raik commented on Finland’s foreign policy in Helsingin Sanomat on December 28th. Tiilikainen said that the focus of the Finnish foreign policy has moved back to Russia and Kristi Raik emphasized the importance of redrawing the policy lines after the year 2014’s incidents.
