Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Toni Alaranta published an article on Turkey on Politiikasta.fi on August 25th. According to him, Turkey has instead of becoming socialised in the Pax Europea project tried to bring back its old empire and sees itself as a central power instead of the EU.
