Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Kristi Raik commented on the association agreement between Ukraine and the EU on MTV news on June 27th. According to her, the agreement does not contravene Ukraine and Russia’s free trade agreements, but it prevents Ukraine from joining a Russia-led customs union or the Eurasian Union.
