Why Eastern Ukraine Could Become Russia's Next 'Frozen Conflict'

The Atlantic published on August 28th an article on Ukraine’s situation, citing Programme Director Arkady Moshes’s op-ed piece in the Moscow Times on the issue. According to Moshes, the creation of a frozen conflict in Eastern Ukraine¬†would be bound to become a source of destabilization for Ukraine’s adjacent regions.
