Program Director at the Institute Arkady Moshes commented on the Russia-West relations in Global Post on November 18th. He said that Moscow may be interested in working with the West on Syria if it can squeeze out some concessions, especially on Ukraine. But it will be very difficult for the West to forget about Ukraine.
