Programme Director at the Institute Arkady Moshes commented on the situation concerning Ukraine in Talouselämä on August 24th. Moshes predicted that the conflict will get worse and said that we are now in a situation that Brussels have been trying to avoid when there’s a third party discussing the EU and Ukraine’s association agreement: Russia.
