Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Charly Salonius-Pasternak commented on the Guantanamo report on MTV Kymmenen uutiset on December 9th. According to him, the tough measures did not help the fight against terrorism in any way and there are serious reasons to believe that Finland took part in the US-led actions.
