Europe must recognise its responsibility

Institute Director Teija Tiilikainen wrote a column in Muuriankkuri, the stakeholder magazine of the Construction Establishment of Defence Administration. She noted that in US foreign policy, the focus has shifted to Asia and the Pacific. Consequently the EU must take more responsibility for European security.
