Visiting Researcher at the Institute Mari Neuvonen commented on the EU’s new sanctions against Russia in Ilta-Sanomat on September 12th. According to her, Finland was unlikely downright tricked in planning the sanctions, but it was more about the importance of the timetable to Finland.
