Finnish energy ties with Russia deepen despite Ukraine crisis

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Antto Vihma commented on the nuclear power plant project of Rosatom and Fennovoima on Reuters on October 6th. According to him, the project increases long-term economic interdependence between Finland and Russia at a time when there is no sound basis to predict the EU’s relationship with Russia in the future.
