Kristi Raik: In serious security threats, the EU cannot function

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Kristi Raik commented on the situation in Ukraine on Radio Rock on April 15th. According to Raik, the EU, operating without a mutual defense, cannot function in the Ukrainian situation in any other way than by supporting local security services. In a wartime situation, the focus is on the US and the Nato instead of the EU.
