FIIA Comment 14 by Institute Researcher Kristi Raik was mentioned in an article by Verkkouutiset on 29 October. Raik stated that Lithuania wants to anchor Ukraine closer to EU and connect eastern allies to the European energy markets in the article about Lithuania’s EU presidency.
