Sinikukka Saari on Ykkösaamu

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Sinikukka Saari discussed the Ukraine crisis on Yle Radio 1’s Ykkösaamu on December 9th. According to her, the possibility of a firmer ceasefire in eastern Ukraine looks once again a little bit more hopeful because both the Russian and the Ukrainian governments as well as the separatists in eastern Ukraine want to promote the ceasefire.
