Teija Tiilikainen chosen as the new Director of FIIA

The Board of The Finnish Institute of International Affairs has chosen Doctor Teija
Tiilikainen as the new Director of the institute. Her five year term will commence at
the beginning of 2010.

Doctor Tiilikainen is currently the Director of the Network for European Studies at the
University of Helsinki. She has previously served as the State Secretary in the Ministry
for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
